About

One advisor. Two kinds of client.

I founded OHBIT Consulting Limited to do one kind of work well: help capable people see the strategy under the noise, then stay with it long enough for it to matter.

I work with individuals who need a clearer personal or career direction, and with executives who are carrying decisions other people will live with.

The method is simple. We name the real constraint. We choose. We keep the plan small enough to execute. Strategy is the diagnosis and the map. Coaching is the cadence that keeps you on it.

I am not a firm with a junior bench, and I am not a content brand. If we work together, you work with me.

Clarity before activity

Most stall is not laziness. It is an unnamed problem wearing a busy calendar.

Small plans survive

A 90-day agenda with three priorities beats a vision document nobody opens.

The conversation is the work

Insight that stays in the session is entertainment. We leave with a next move.

How to work with me.

Start with a conversation. If there is a fit, you get a written diagnosis and a proposed way of working — a strategy sprint, a coaching cadence, or both. If there is not a fit, I will say so rather than invent a package.

Clients are worldwide. The first conversation is twenty minutes, ₦100,000 / $75, usually on WhatsApp or video. Engagements start at a published floor; the exact scope is named after that conversation.
